01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using pk40 online in any capacity — whether for sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

02 Eligibility

To register and use pk40 online, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative of any third party.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances.

03 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account on pk40 online only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

When registering, you must provide your real name, a valid email address, and accurate personal details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and loss of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. PK40 online will never ask you for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Do not share your account with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• PK40 online may request identity verification documents at any time as part of standard account security processes. Failure to provide requested documents may result in temporary account restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pk40 online are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. These are the currently supported options and are subject to change.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. PK40 online does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, nor will it process withdrawals to accounts not matching the registered account holder's identity.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Exact timelines may vary.
• Verification before withdrawal: PK40 online may require identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard security measure.
• No third-party payments: Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Any such transaction may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk40 online are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific sport, market, and event type selected. By confirming a bet slip, you accept the odds displayed at the time of placement and the applicable rules for that market.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered accepted once a confirmation message is displayed on screen. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Live betting odds update continuously and may shift between selection and confirmation.
• Void bets: PK40 online may void a bet if an event is cancelled, postponed, or if the bet was placed in error due to a technical fault or pricing error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the account balance.
• Accumulator bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator recalculated on remaining selections.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: These vary by market and event. The applicable limits are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Pricing errors: PK40 online reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error. Users will be notified and their stakes returned.

Cricket markets — including PS L fixtures, T20 internationals, and all Pakistan national team matches — follow standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, markets may be settled or voided according to the specific rules displayed for that market.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

PK40 online offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, free bet promotions, and seasonal specials tied to events such as the PSL and international cricket series. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per user: Each promotion is available once per registered user, household, device, and payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: PK40 online actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings removed.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry period. Unused bonus amounts that expire will be removed from the account balance automatically.

07 Casino & Slots

The Casino, Live Casino, and Slots sections of pk40 online are governed by these general Terms and Conditions alongside any game-specific rules displayed within each title. By participating in any casino or slots game, you accept that outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and that the house edge applies to all games.

• Game fairness: All casino and slots titles available on pk40 online use certified RNG technology. Results are independently random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game's theoretical RTP is governed by the game provider. RTP percentages represent long-term averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.
• Live Casino: Live Casino games are streamed in real time with human dealers. Connection issues on the user's side that result in a disconnection during a round do not automatically entitle the user to a refund of their stake. 09 Prohibited Conduct

• Using another person's payment method, account credentials, or identity to access the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk40 online staff or other users.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, account restriction, or cooling-off measure that has been applied to your account.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

PK40 online reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and there is no remaining balance.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• A user requests voluntary closure of their own account.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. Genuine balances not associated with rule violations will be returned through the original payment method subject to verification.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally, and the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal.

11 Limitation of Liability

PK40 online provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality — particularly during high-traffic events like PSL season — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• PK40 online is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• PK40 online is not responsible for any bets that were not confirmed by the system due to a technical interruption on the user's side.
• In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect bet settlement, pk40 online reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust account balances accordingly, regardless of whether the corrected outcome is favourable or unfavourable to the user.
• PK40 online's liability in any individual dispute is limited to the value of the stake involved in that specific transaction.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

PK40 online reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated date shown at the top.

Where changes are material — for example, affecting how withdrawals are processed, how bonuses work, or how accounts are managed — pk40 online will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

If you continue to use pk40 online after updated terms have been posted, you are deemed to have accepted those updated terms. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

When raising a dispute, please provide your account username, the relevant bet or transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will acknowledge your query and aim to resolve it promptly.

All disputes will first be reviewed internally. PK40 online's decision following an internal review is final in respect of bet settlement matters unless a clear administrative error is identified upon further review.
